I wanted to let you know that I absolutely understand what you're going through. We all have our own struggles, and it's essential to acknowledge that it can be tough at times. However, it's equally important to know that you are not alone in this journey. Together, we can offer support, understanding, and encouragement to one another.

Thank you so much for sharing your personal journey of thriving with depression. I want you to know that your insights are incredibly valuable, and your courage to open up about your experiences is truly commendable. I can completely understand how difficult it can be to navigate through challenging times. I personally find it helpful to reach out to the mental health crisis hotline when I feel overwhelmed and don't have anyone to talk to. They provide a listening ear and guidance during moments of anxiety and apathy. Remember, you're not alone, and seeking support is a sign of strength.

Thank you for bringing up a topic that's often overlooked but is incredibly important—mental health. Even though it's not directly related to ServiceNow, we're all humans before we're professionals, and discussions like this can genuinely make a difference in someone's life.
I also think that when discussing mental health, it's essential to consider the broader spectrum, like the concept of being neurodivergent. For those who might not be familiar, neurodivergent meaning refers to variations in the human brain regarding sociability, learning, and mental functions. It's a term that encapsulates a lot of conditions like ADHD, autism, and even mental health states like depression and anxiety.
