There are some demos of integrations on Youtube with ChatGPT & ServiceNow.  But they don't cover your exact use case.  But they may be helpful to get you started.

I am getting updates to this item as if I submitted it.  I did not or subscribe I was only reading it.. can someone advise why this is happening?  Thanks - Virgil

Same here - I have no idea what changed.   But it's easy to unsubscribe.

 

Click on the "Person" icon in the upper right corner, then go to "My Subscriptions" and you can remove it there.

I tried that. I unsubscribed a few minutes ago and am still getting the notifications. 😞
