Hello SNUG Members!   We are excited to start planning the next Indiana SNUG! In order to make our event a success, we will be looking for customers who want to present and share their story. SNUG presentations are typically 30-minutes in length - the perfect amount of time to share your best practice or share/demo an innovation!    In addition to a need for speakers, we are also looking for a host. If you have a great space that can hold our community, please reach out. ServiceNow will cover any costs, as well as coordinate the logistics with your facility.   I have attached SNUG Customer Participation Guide which provides detailed information about various ways customers can participate in the SNUG! Join us at Knowledge again this year to participate in the Treasure Hunt! We will be hiding 3 ServiceNow green orbs each day and the special multi-colored orb on the last day of the conference.   Please visit me in the community area of the Expo if you attend!
