Join the CommunityHave you been a ServiceNow customer from before the Madrid release? Do you want to adopt the guided problem state model life cycle that was first introduced for new customers starting from Madrid?
Join us and see how the Problem Management Migration Utility can help you to adopt the base version of problem management using the guided problem life cycle (Problem Management Best Practice - Madrid - State Model). We’ll walk you through using the migration utility to verify there are no modifications on your instance that prevent the problem state model plugin from being activated, how to map your existing states to the new best practice states, activate the plugin, update (migrate) your problems and problem tasks states and then clean-up after your records are migrated.
For reference: Problem Management Migration Utility blog
Who should attend?
Administrators, partners, process owners (who want to see how to adopt the life cycle)
