Workshop on Change Advisory Board (CAB) Workbench

Proper change management is extremely important for business, yet everyone involved in the change process dreads the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. The speed and effectiveness of the approval and authorization process is frustratingly slow, cumbersome and often considered torturous. That's about to change. The CAB Workbench simplifies and automates the various moving pieces of Change Management, enabling change managers to easily schedule, plan and manage CAB meetings from a dedicated portal.
Let's make it fun! We will all go hands-on with development instances and walk through the implementation and use of the CAB workbench together. When you are done you should have the skills that you need to truly transform change management.

For this workshop, please go to https://developer.servicenow.com and register for the Developer program and request a developer instance. The developer instance needs to be setup 1-2 days before the workshop. If you already have a developer instance, be sure to make sure that it is refresh the instance before the workshop begins.

Anne Barnes is a Customer and Partner Experience Manager with the ITSM Business Unit at ServiceNow and has over fifteen years of experience working in ITSM. For five years she worked with Professional Services, during which she successfully implemented projects with over fifty customers. She has developed a deep understanding of what makes an implementation succeed, how to overcome obstacles to getting there, and the underlying importance of strong partnerships. Additionally, having worked with for a partner, Anne brings a capacity to develop and mature ServiceNow's partner relationships.
