@Ieshia Lilly Eagerly waiting for this event with my question.
1 → Is it "ServiceNow Sidebar - MS Teams" integration & "Integration via Pre published App or Custom App" are the same things? YES / NO
2 → As per my knowledge from ServiceNow side it is provided as an Standard feature. Is there any type of separate costing involved from Microsoft Side ?
For example : Any kind of charge applied each time the MS Teams API is called (Messages Sent from ServiceNow to Teams and Vice Versa) via these feature.
This session was a 360 Exchange, so it was not recorded.
I am not sure that I understand. What is a 360 Exchange? I was under the impression that the webinars I signed up for that if unable to attend, they would be recorded to listen to later. I also received a "sorry you were not able to attend" email that states the following "Here's the previously recorded webinar on this topic: https://www.servicenow.com/community/itsm-events/get-to-know-service-operations-workspace-for-itsm/e...", however, this link does not bring me to the "Learn about incident management and collaboration in Service Operations Workspace." webinar
Hi - 360 Exchange is a follow up session to a webinar (previously called a meetup) where attendees are able to ask questions live and unmuted. In this format, the session is not recorded hence why we provided the previously recorded webinar on this topic in the follow up email.
Ok thank you!
