Hearing Polina describes some of the below use cases in AWS:

Creating workspace to manage collections of infrastructure
Deleting Workspaces
Provisioning Resources (DBs, storage buckets, VMs, etc.)

All of these use cases seem best suited for Change Request using a dedicated Change Model as opposed to simple Service Requests. Can you or team shine light as to why this shouldn't be the case?
