Are you looking to get more involved in the SNUG Program? The timing could not be better as we begin to plan our next event in Kentucky!  We're looking for a customer co-leader to join our current SNUG Leader in supporting the Kentucky SNUG!   SNUG Leaders must be employed by a ServiceNow customer and not employed by a ServiceNow partner.    Here is a snapshot of the role of the Co-SNUG Leader:  Participate in planning calls to ensure events are aligned to the needs of the SNUG community including dates, venues and topics  Help identify customer speakers  Assist in getting hosts, and suggest potential venue locations  Gather broader feedback on the needs of the group  Emcee at meetings if possible  Promote online community involvement by posting questions and blogs to encourage an on-going dialog with community members  The time commitment is roughly 1-2 hours/year for event planning and 6-8 hours attending the event if possible!   The ServiceNow team manages:  Invitations and registrations  Meeting planning and coordination  Venue and catering costs   SNUG Leaders play the important role of helping us ensure that members get the most value from attending SNUG meetings and to keep the conversation going by participating in the on-line SNUG community.  The planning and execution of the event is managed by ServiceNow.   I have attached the Customer Participation guide as reference that explains the role further along with best practices for SNUG Leaders.   If you are interested, please send an email to karen.canavan@servicenow.com, Please share more about your experience with ServiceNow and why you’re interested in being a SNUG Leader for Kentucky.   ... For the FOURTH year, we have the SNUG glass “orb” treasure hunt!   Read about  The Treasure Hunters of Block Island in The New York Times article or see the video on CBS News! The owner of the Glass Station Studio and Gallery in Rhode Island started the “Glass Float Project” collection craze by creating and hiding glass “orbs” throughout Block Island for people to find and collect. Join us at Knowledge again this year to participate in the Treasure Hunt! We will be hiding 3 ServiceNow green orbs each day and the special multi-colored orb on the last day of the conference.   Please visit me in the community area of the Expo if you attend!
