Sign up for the labs for items in the area you are currently working in.   Make sure you attend some customer breakout sessions on those areas so you can learn from their implementation

Which year of Knowledge was your favorite, and why?

2011 in San Diego.   I met with the original developers of ServiceNow and on the fly, they fixed a date format bug in the tool!   Also, the special speaker spoke about putting your phone down and network!
