There's lots of new content now available on the Knowledge16 website to help you prepare and enhance your Knowledge16 experience. Check it out and let us know what you think.

Before we go into the preview, a friendly reminder to register by February 29th to make use of our early bird pricing.

Content Catalog Page: On this page, you can access courses to prepare for the various Knowledge16 events, and tailor them to your needs by filtering them on type of Knowledge session, course topic, your role and industry. Registered attendees will be able to schedule sessions once scheduling opens.

Pre-con Training Page: The 'front door' for everything pre-conference, here you can find an overview of Pre-con and the various courses and workshops you can enroll in.

Innovation of the Year: Does your business use and extend the capabilities of ServiceNow platform in an innovative and disruptive manner? You can enter yourself on the Innovation of the Year form and also view the previous year's winner and finalists.

Networking: The Knowledge conference this year will provide ample opportunity to learn, connect and celebrate as you network with other professionals at the forefront of the service revolution. Check out the various networking sessions and parties on this page.

How can we request a pre-conference course not listed such as scripting?

Hi Nikol,

Two ways to address this -

• you can request a topic by creating a new discussion in this community
• We are looking to have Table Topic sessions that will be focussed on specific topics - we can add this to the topic list to be covered.
