Facing more and more complex management requirements, clients often use many human resource management systems, which is a great challenge to the integration of multiple systems. In the course of the project, we may encounter the use of SuccessFactors as the coreHR system to store the basic information of employees and do the daily management of employees. ServiceNow is managed as a downstream process. The two systems combine to complete the management of the entire employee life cycle. In the normal integration mode of employee data synchronization, there will be data delay. For some business scenarios that require high data accuracy, the effect of timely communication can be achieved through the integration of SuccessFactors Intelligent Services Center and ServiceNow.

Intelligent Services Center are linked to external systems, allowing seamless integration with third-party applications. All communication between the publishing application and third-party applications will always respond to HTTP requests. And we can know whether the integration is successful through the response record. So we can use the function of Intelligent Services Center to connect ServiceNow and improve the customer experience.

For example, if an employee will hire SF in the future, a NewHire event can be triggered. ServiceNow can be notified in real time through web service that a new employee is about to hire. ServiceNow captures userId, StartDate and other data by parsing the soap request sent by SuccessFactors, retrieves more employee information through a new interface, and triggers other tasks. For example, inform IT to prepare relevant equipment, HR to prepare contracts and other tasks.

Intelligent Services Center provides a variety of events to integrate with ServiceNow. The two systems have preset integration schemes, which only need to be adjusted according to customer needs. The combination of the two can achieve the effect of 1+1 >2.

can this be configured to work with SuccessFactor Webhook on ServiceNow side that is part of the SuccessFactor Spoke?
