Abstract:
In this session, Veolia Group, a global leader in optimized resource management, shares how to achieve pace in delivery of new and enhanced services to the enterprise — as well as ways to avoid common pitfalls. Before ServiceNow, each business unit had their own stand-alone IT Service Management tool. This caused low collaboration and efficiency, high costs, and inconsistency within the organization. Since they chose the Now Platform four years ago, Veolia has successfully combined ITBM, Service Portal, and ITSM. They now provide over 40 modules and more than 20 integrations to over 130,000 users in 42 countries and 11 languages.
