Abstract: CommonSpirit Health was formed by the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health in early 2019. With the combination of two health systems into one, the HR organization was faced with numerous challenges and one mission- to create an excellent employee experience. Learn how the team has developed an experience that delights all types of employees- both corporate and clinical. The launch of the Employee Service Center in 2020 brings together HR and IT into one place in the first unified technology launch for the CommonSpirit brand. By improving the access to information, help and guidance from both IT and HR, the CommonSpirit team is empowering employees to focus on their mission.
