Abstract:
ServiceNow Discovery enables deep insight of the IT Infrastructure using advanced pattern capabilities, yet sometimes it will deliver a first sweep on details which enable further investigation and automation.
This session is designed to discuss and practice how to extend discovery with advanced use of the flow designer to process, react and enrich the data collected. The session is around sample customer scenarios such as deep network device discovery, or discovery of shared file access, and discusses how the joint use of discovery, flow designer as well as CMDB, enable real deep visibility.
