At ServiceNow, we are constantly innovating. With each release, we add applications, features, and improvements to enable customers’ success. Staying on our latest version enables customers to take full advantage of these innovations, to deploy new products, and to get the highest levels of security, availability, and performance.
ServiceNow has invested in policies, products, and services to minimize friction, and enable customers to have a seamless and smooth upgrade experience.
Each customer needs a plan and a regular cadence of upgrades and patching. They need to use the products and services available to streamline the process of upgrading and create a roadmap for getting themselves to, and staying on, a supported version.
In this session, we will demystify the language and constructs of upgrading, we will discuss options for getting into a regular upgrades cadence, and services and offerings available from ServiceNow to make upgrading easier.
