Abstract:
Learn how Swiss Re was able to use Performance Analytics and reporting to reduce the number, enhance the quality, and improve the user experience of more than 20,000 user-created dashboards. In this session, they'll share how they manage the lifecycle of reports and dashboards through automated clean-up, defining and ensuring reporting standards, enhancing the Performance Analytics admin console functionality to support admins in their daily work, and finally monitoring and solving performance problems.
Attendees will learn how to:
- Build a Quality Assurance framework and dashboard to enhance dashboard quality
