Abstract:
This session will discuss the challenges encountered while managing entitlements, capturing installed software details, and software asset compliance. The solution? ServiceNow became the single source of truth for entitlements, discovered and normalized the majority of the software assets, and increased confidence levels on compliance through reconciliation in nine weeks.
