Abstract:

As a leading-edge manufacturing organization, Toyota EMEA needed to transform its IT capabilities from a home-grown, event management system with extensive manual processes to a platform that would meet today’s and tomorrow’s requirements. During this session, you’ll learn of some of the IT goals for Toyota and the challenges the legacy tools caused. More importantly, you’ll hear how ServiceNow ITOM capabilities for full-blown discovery, mapping, and event management changed how Toyota EMEA delivered IT services and key improvements across the organization.
