Abstract: Learn how Lexmark leveraged its ServiceNow implementation of CMDB with Ins-Pi’s UPMx and Designer to deliver a “Digital Asset” view for the business and technology constituencies. They will discuss how they replaced artifacts with real live connections, relationships and alignment indicators. Learn how Lexmark’s Digital Asset team was able to provide business process guidance and relate directly to technology components using a “catalogue” of business processes, activities, tasks. They were also able to link technology components to drive process simplification, increase technical debt awareness and drive towards normalization of operations.
