Abstract:
When Main Line Health selected Epic as their integrated electronic medical record (EMR) they knew that their current ITSM solution needed to change. This session will cover Main Line Health’s journey in selecting a new ITSM solution and ultimately leveraging it to support the largest system launch in the history of the health system. See how using Performance Analytics to better understand trends and leveraging orchestration for common onboarding and offboarding activities we were more effectively aligning IT resources with the workload. In addition, we had a significant emphasis on self service adoption through the Service Portal resulting in a 900% increase in self submissions.
