Abstract: The City & County Denver has fully embraced the power of the ServiceNow security suites. Using the platform to build out our CMDB, policy approvals and controls, vulnerability management and security incident response, we've been able to streamline our management of all things cyber. Most recently, we changed our vulnerability management process and started incorporating our implementation teams into the workflows. This allows us to provide them easily identified lists of vulnerabilities that need to fixed with a single place to manage their changes. Collaboration is now very easy and accountability is well defined and tracked.
