Abstract:
Join IT service and IT operation leaders as they discuss the benefits of combining IT Operations Management with IT Service Management on a single, unified cloud platform. They will share their perspective on how this drives the service experience and enables employees to be more productive. This panel discussion will also share how key integration points between ITSM and ITOM can decrease the time to resolve incidents and service outages, and increase internal customers’ satisfaction, while improving overall service availability.
