Abstract:
Progress is a leader in high productivity application development platforms with ~1,500 employees located globally. Recognizing that antiquated service management systems and inefficient, manual processes were creating productivity vacuums, Progress launched a transformation journey with ServiceNow, unlocking value realization, and reimagining how they want work processes to flow.
Uniting Progress on one business services platform began with branding their ServiceNow solution as A.S.K.Progress (Answers, Solutions, Knowledge). Within 10-months, their ServiceNow solution resulted in replacing two outdated service management systems, automating hundreds of manual processes across IT, development operations, legal, marketing and workplace facilities, exposing waste in their contractual expenses, taking control of IT demands and projects and becoming GDPR compliant.
