Abstract: On April 2019, Scripps Health’s IS team entered the next phase of our digital transformation through the implementation of Customer Service Management and IT Business Management. Our legacy project management tool provided limited value and reporting functionality. In addition, our existing ITSM implementation could not sufficiently address our external customers' needs. We were using spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations that often did not add up or reflect data in the multiple systems of records. We needed a solution to incorporate all aspects of our work into a single, transparent, and available anywhere platform by the start of our fiscal year, October 1, 2019.
