Abstract: In this session you will learn how to build a "Service Connector", and why it is important. Service Connectors are certified scoped applications that speed on boarding of services between service providers and their clients, and help eliminate custom integrations. You will deploy a connector to multiple instances, learn how to use it, and extend the capabilities using ServiceNow platform features like Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
