Abstract:

One of our customers was prepared to deploy ITOM and Service Mapping, but found the instance they had been using for six years was going to be too difficult to upgrade. ITOM was deployed into a new instance followed by the migration of current ITSM processes.

Upgrades are no longer an issue and they have expanded the use of the platform significantly since then.
