Abstract: With the Now Platform as our core IT and enterprise service management platform, we wanted to bring our employee workflows to the next level by integrating with other systems of record. We'll show you how we're leveraging IntegrationHub to create end-to-end digital workflows across multiple platforms critical to our organization. ServiceNow currently helps Swiss Re manage a $1B+ budget in Group Operations across IT, finance, sourcing, legal, HR, and more. IntegrationHub has enabled us to design an integrated employee workflow, connecting our ServiceNow & Coupa platforms, which takes our employees seamlessly 'from Planning to Procurement', and brings critical data together. We’re forecasting over $100k of annual cost savings thanks to the improved data quality & employee productivity that this cross-departmental workflow can bring us. We also expect to significantly reduce data quality risk by eliminating duplication of input of the same data into multiple systems. By leveraging the off-the-shelf IntegrationHub Spoke for Coupa we’re able to deliver this new workflow to production and get to value faster with more sophisticated features like dynamic PO creation based on budget record data, with less developer resources than would be required with an API level custom integration, and we can continue to leverage enhancements to the Spoke as ServiceNow releases new versions and make custom extensions that meet our unique requirements.
