Abstract:
The Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program was implemented in Novartis in 2018 with the objective to manage the risks with vendors in a consistent and global approach. Leveraging the Vendor Risk Management (VRM) module on ServiceNow, Novartis could achieve the key program's objectives: simplify the process landscape implementing one global policy for third-party risks globally, simplify the tools landscape using a single platform to manage the business process in a consistent way, and improve the quality of the vendors' assessment, reducing manual effort.
