Abstract:
To support the World Bank Group’s (WBG) mission to end extreme poverty and promote shared prosperity in developing countries, the WBG Information and Technology Solutions unit needed to modernize and transform its IT Service Management (ITSM) core processes through ServiceNow. The centerpiece of the transformation is establishing CMDB as the process and data hub of WBG’s core ITSM processes.
