Abstract: Skills transformation is a key factor in digital transformation particularly as it relates to the evolution of the specialist into the T-shaped, multi-dimensional IT professional whose deep competency (the stem) is supplemented by a broad range of other skills (Top of the T). Since 2019, DevOps Institute has fielded the annual Upskilling: Enterprise DevOps Skills Report based on a open and deep global community survey.
