Abstract: Research by Bain and LinkedIn shows that women enter the workforce with equal ambition and confidence. However, after two years, both drop dramatically compared to their male counterparts. Lara Caimi, ServiceNow’s Chief Strategy Officer, reflects on her own career and journey and talks about why ‘potholes’ happen, how women (especially working moms) can navigate being successful on their own journeys, and how things change when allies step in.
