Category widget is not visible while language is changed

Category widget is not visible for language -- German,Italian,Russian, Traditional Chinese  after Utah upgrade.Can you provide me some suggestions.

We ran into something similar recently and learned from support that we needed to install the "I18N: Knowledge Management Internationalization Plugin v2" plugin. That resolved the issue for us.

I already  have this "I18N: Knowledge Management Internationalization Plugin v2" plugin installed in my instance. Still, I am not able to find the solution .
