Email account KB1296997 error

Whenever i am trying to create a email account using pop3 it is showing me KB1296997 error 
and not able to open the KB1296997 document as well.

Hi @AdeshC 

 

Something wired, bcz i also use my personal id to configure emails in PDI but never face this. This KB is locked and need partner access only.

Might be something new added by SN in PDI Now and causing issue.
