Hello everyone,
I have two questions regarding Feedback Tasks:
The situation is as follows:
- A customer provides feedback on an article.
- Both the original author and the last editor (version author) receive a Feedback Task as a To-Do.
- Is this standard functionality in ServiceNow — that both receive a Feedback Task?
This leads to a problem:
- The original author can edit the article, but cannot publish it.
- Only the version author can publish.
- If I receive a Feedback Task (regardless of whether I am the version author or the original author), I should be able to make the necessary changes to the article in order to complete the Feedback Task.
- Otherwise, the task doesn’t make sense?
I’m currently trying to determine whether this is standard behaviour. If it is, then I would classify the resulting issue as a bug.
Thank you very much for your help.
