Expected Behavior of Feedback Tasks for Original and Version Authors

Hello everyone,

I have two questions regarding Feedback Tasks.

The situation is as follows:

A customer provides feedback on an article. Both the original author and the last editor (version author) receive a Feedback Task as a To-Do. Is this standard functionality in ServiceNow — that both receive a Feedback Task?

This leads to a problem:

The original author can edit the article, but cannot publish it. Only the version author can publish.
If I receive a Feedback Task (regardless of whether I am the version author or the original author), I should be able to make the necessary changes to the article in order to complete the task. Otherwise, the task doesn’t make sense?

I’m currently trying to determine whether this is standard behaviour. If it is, then I would classify the resulting issue as a bug.

Thank you very much for your help.
