How to map Fields on catalog form to custom table(record poducer)

Hello Team,

I have a catalog named as risk management and table as risk table

so, from the catalog I want the field alternate name value to be updated in risk table under alternate name field 

here risk table is a record poducer table.

you are trying to add in a catalog item, you can map to field only in record producer.
