KB article not found in Related Search Results

I am trying to attach a KB article to an incident. However, when I search the kb article # under Related Search on the Incident form, there are no matching results found. I am able to search and locate it elsewhere though. I've ran the user criteria diagnostics and the problem isn't there. Though I've checked the ACLs, I don't really know what I'm looking for. Could this issue be related to anything else?
