When is the agenda being published so I can plan the sessions I will be attending throughout the week? Has anyone seen this yet and if so where can I find it. Thanks

Hi Jennifer.

I have a colleague who is considering cancelling his ticket, as he is very upset because 5 out of 6 sessions he was using to justify the business expense became full within 24 hrs of opening for registration.  Can you provide more information here about what happens if a session is full.

Does it really mean that if someone is not "pre-registered" they will be turned away, and what if there's only 1 person, or 100 people who want to join, does it make any difference?

Many of the sessions that were filled up immediately were very limited capacity sessions <25 on the show floor. Over half of the total sessions being delivered at Knowledge still have available seats. In the catalog, under Filters, just check 'Seats available' to see the sessions with available seating. Unfortunately, we have a limited number of rooms and much smaller capacities this year. We are trying to swap rooms based on interest, but it's not always possible. If there is a session that you are interested in, we recommend queuing for that session. We are advising attendees to please arrive no later than five minutes before the start of their pre-enrolled sessions to ensure their seat is not given away. Hope that helps!

Hi Alison,

When you say "we are trying to swap rooms based on interest", how do you know?  Is it based on whether there are "favorites" for a session but no registration was possible?  Is it views on a session on the site?  Are these decision made on the day based on the line out front?  How can we indicate that we wish to attend a session, and that the existence of that session was part of our business justification for attending the conference this year?

We're tracking pre-enrollments against room capacity. Unfortunately, our rooms are not that large this year. We're still moving some sessions around based on available space. You can still favorite sessions so they show up on My Agenda and onsite, queue for the session. If there are no shows five minutes prior to the start of the session we will release open seats.

Oof, he may be even more upset at the cancellation policy... It crossed my mind as well, but the deadline, I think was April 17. That said, I've been to several of these, I am still hopeful (yeah I know, maybe I am being naive) that SN will resolve this correctly. Especially for the CreatorCon sessions which are lab-focused. I do not look forward to a zoo outside of each session I want to attend.
