Hi all, we received an email on 19 January confirming that our speaker submission had been successful, and that we would receive the Powerpoint template by end of January, so that we could submit our draft presentation by the deadline of 12 February. My concern is that we have not received anything, so unsure if the deadline is still the 12th Feb. I have emailed the `knowledge speakers` email address but have not yet had a response. Can anyone help ?

Hi Brad
I logged in successfully to the `speaker resource center` but then got this message:
`You do not have permission to sign in. Please contact the system administrator for more information`
Is that because I have not yet Registered for the event, noting that I have had no instructions on how to register free, as a speaker ?

b-rad jenniferchapin I have the same error as Clive, except I AM registered with the conference.
I got a nifty email on January 16 saying:
Congratulations! Your submission titled "ServiceNow: My First ITSM" has been accepted for Knowledge18.
But when I try to log in, I get:
"You do not have permission to sign in. Please contact the system administrator for more information"

Agree! We are having the same issue for two of us. If you're not registered for the conference, you can not get the template. Have emailed and no response. Thank you in advance for the help!!!

Hi Trisha, It's actually not a registration issue - we're still troubleshooting. Ally
