UI action visible based on the email trigger

Hi,

We have 2 UI action, where one is 2nd reminder button and another one 3rd reminder button in the catalog Task table.
If the catalog Task Moved to Pending/ Hold ,first reminder will send through the workflow after that 2nd reminder button should visible on the form , if the 2nd remainder email is triggered then 3rd Reminder Button should visible on the form.
 could you  please help me on how to achieve this?

can i ask why do you need a single button for each and every reminder ? doesnt feel like a right solution ! what are you trying to achieve ? whats your biz case ?
