Upgrade Packages on Separate Credit Card

As most would expect, my employer will not cover the cost of an upgraded package (Ultimate Package vs Convenience Package), nor the Guest Social Pass on their corporate account.

Can I purchase the "Convenience Package" with my employer's credit card, and then upgrade later (minutes) to the "Ultimate Package" and add a Guest Social Pass under a different credit card??

I do not want to go through checkout only to find that I cannot upgrade!

Justin - sorry the call center wasn't helpful. Here's a few options/more details -



One card for all - During registration, you may use ONE credit card to pay for your conference fees and it can cover add-ons and Venetian Packages at the same time.



Two cards - If you'd like to add options or Venetian Package with a different credit card, first complete your registration without these additions, then log into MyEVENT (the link will be on the registration confirmation email) where you can add these and use a second card.



Multiple Cards - If you wish to add to your registration using multiple credit cards, or any other support, please contact knowledge@servicenow.com or call 650.226.0791 for assistance. if they say they can't support your ask, please get the name of the person you are taking to and send to me.

Yes - you can split any payments over multiple credit cards

sbschenker whoa!   This is in direct conflict to what Registration was telling me over the phone, and there seems to be no method of doing so via the registration portal.   Once I select everything, it asks me for a single credit card, no option to "split".



If this is the not the case, the website does not make it obvious.



I'm going to need more assistance on how to do this.   Especially since Corporate is expecting only to pay a certain price on their card.
