Hi I am looking for

username and password will be of the production environment followed by the URL of the production environment.

How do we know the URL of your production environment!! If you have your dev instance url then try to remove "dev" from the url and see if it would work.

You need to ask your teammates to know your instance URL.

Username might be same as your dev instance but still you need to check with someone from your team and ask them to reset your password.

Mark as correct and helpful if as applicable.

thanks, I have the URL, I am an admin but I dont know how to find that information(username and password) for a system that will be sent to production.

THanks  I created a Service Now case, person who set up the Serv Now dev environment is not longer with us

Hi,

If you have any other admin who is able to login then they can get details for you. If no one is able to login then probably it's not possible. And if you have password reset setup already in your dev instance then you can try it out as well.
