Ebonding Disable - Best Practice

I want to disable the ebonding between 2 servicenow instance as per the requirement. What is the best & prefered practise to do? 

Like do i need to inactive the BR or Modification in HTTPs method or anything else need to be done?

Please guide me....

Disabling the BR would be the best way to stop the Ebonding. Additionally making the Users Inactive used in the Authentication of Ebonding can also be done.
