Hi, 
I need help in updating the email address of ServiceNow account, I lost access of old organisation email outlook access due to which I am unable to login and update my email form company email to personal email address please provide suggestion on this.

Please create a case in ServiceNow University to request an account merge. This will allow your badges to be transferred to the new account.
