Good afternoon Community.
I'm back trying to configure SAML 2.0 in a Domain Sep environment. I have the Integration - Multiple Provider Single Sign-On Installer plugin installed and have configured the Multi-Provider SSO properties. I now need to create and configure the IDP for One Login.
I configured this once in my Dev instance, turned on logging and the instance locked up.
I was able to enter my username in the default login form and password, then was redirected to the One Login SSO page, I would enter my username and one login credentials, but I never connected into SN. I was in this continuous loop.
I noticed that at the bottom of thisKB article, https://onelogin.service-now.com/kb_view_customer.do?sysparm_article=KB0010307

Troubleshooting Email Mismatch
In some cases, the ServiceNow admin email may not match the OneLogin admin email. This can be remedied by doing the following:
- Go to Users > Account_Owner.
- Select the Applications tab.
- Select ServiceNow to open the Edit Login pane.
- Overwrite the default ServiceNow login fields with the correct credentials."
Does the SN username and password need to match the admin username and password in One Login?
