I am looking forward to being active in the community. Is there any SNUG in UAE? How do we start a SNUG?

please go to https://www.servicenow.com/community/servicenow-user-groups-snugs/ct-p/servicenow-user-groups-snugs and search for the respective SNUG in your local area. You cannot start a SNUG by yourself as they are driven by ServiceNow.

But you can start a chapter for ServiceNow Developer Meetups (or join an existing one). Please go to https://www.meetup.com/pro/servicenowdevprogram/ for more information.
