How JumpStart works Built by Lumify Work in partnership with ServiceNow, JumpStart blends the flexibility of self-paced content with the support structure that makes instructor-led training so effective. Each week, you work through practical, hands-on content at your own pace — then come together with your cohort for a live one-hour session led by a certified ServiceNow expert. You get your questions answered, your understanding sharpened, and the motivation that comes from learning alongside others. Duration: 12 June - 20 July 2026 - 5 weeks (4 weeks of learning + 1 week of exam preparation). 2–3 hours per week. You're never on your own.
