Hi, all. I'm interested in the takeaways that interest people most from K23 for those looking to improve their effectiveness, ROI, and output of ServiceNow. I'm a certified SAM/ITAM practitioner close to getting my SAM-CIS; I'm the product owner for SAM Pro at McKesson Corp, and a stakeholder in HAM Pro, APM, and CMDB. But I'm curious about the broad use of ServiceNow and how these conferences spur the community to action. Above the hype and sales, what truly inspired you or helped fill gaps?
For me, it was the Enterprise Asset Management perspective - an area we are not using at McKesson nor that I had looked into before this conference - and the demo of future AI-driven features in future releases.
I'm personally proud that the V-release was Vancouver. I choose to think that was named after the north suburb of Portland rather than the Canadians. I was raised here and just moved back from 5 years in Dallas. Glad to see we have a community here and the means to collaborate. Hope to hear from you guys soon!
