I’m exploring how ServiceNow is being adopted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Could anyone share insights on the following?
• Which Saudi organisations (public or private) are currently using ServiceNow and which modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) are being implemented?
• How mature are these deployments — pilot phase, enterprise-wide or transforming digital workflows across departments?
• What are the main enablers or blockers in the Saudi market (regulation, data sovereignty, language/localisation, partner ecosystem)?
• How closely does ServiceNow’s expansion align with Saudi Vision 2030 and the broader digital transformation agenda?
