Hello, I’m a PMP, CSM, and CSPO-certified IT Project Manager with more than eight years of experience leading enterprise technology projects. I currently use ServiceNow for project tracking, change management, and reporting.
I am completing the ServiceNow Project Manager and AI Application Developer learning paths to transition into a more technical ServiceNow role. For someone with my background, which certifications, hands-on projects, and entry-level ServiceNow roles would you recommend I focus on first?
Thank you for any advice or lessons learned you can share.
